Since 2008, Progress Agro has implemented five major greenfield projects.

These include a meat processing plant, two pig-breeding complexes with capacities of 25,000 and 52,000 head, one of the largest dairy farms in the Southern Federal District of Russia, and the V. Gubar Multifunctional Service Centre, one of the largest facilities of its kind in Europe. In 2020, Progress Agro opened its own polypropylene packaging plant. The company is also implementing a programme to modernise and increase the capacity of the Svoboda sugar factory.
