Progress Agro has significant R&D expertise in crop production, seed production, livestock farming, deep processing and breeding genetics. Every year, the company’s R&D team implements around 10 new methods and solutions that increase production efficiency and reduce costs. To date, the company holds 177 registered patents and inventions.

The Progress Agro team includes 7 holders of Candidate of Sciences degrees and 11 MBA graduates. More than 30% of the company’s employees have higher education, of whom 96 hold two or more degrees. About 100 employees have been awarded medals and honorary titles by the ministries and agencies of Krasnodar Krai and the Russian Federation.
