Dairy processingplant
- Construction of the dairy processing plant began in April 2019. In December of the same year, the first batch of dairy products was delivered to Moya Stanitsa stores.
- The plant produces natural dairy products and specialises in products made from milk containing easily digestible A2 beta-casein. All products are sold under the Moya Stanitsa brand.
- The range includes milk, kefir, sour cream, yoghurt, cream, curd cheese, whey-based mayonnaise, butter and soft cheeses.
- The plant’s design capacity is 10 tonnes of raw milk per day.
- The plant has its own raw milk supply, with all raw milk sourced from the company’s dairy farms.
- Investment in the project exceeded RUB 34 million.
- The company plans to expand the plant’s product range and increase processing capacity to 15 tonnes of milk per day.
