The polypropylene packaging plant, part of Progress Agro, was commissioned in January 2021. The plant was built as a result of an agreement between the Government of Krasnodar Krai and the management of Progress Agro Group, signed in 2019 at the Sochi Investment Forum. The production facility is located in the Kuban Industrial Park (Ust-Labinsk).
The plant supplies agricultural and processing companies in the Southern Federal District. The plant’s capacity is 10 million bags per year. The bags are intended for packaging sugar, flour, salt, starch, dry feed, and construction materials.
The plant also produces 1.6-metre-wide polyethylene film. The film is used in gardening, construction, for thermal and waterproof insulation of roofs, during foundation laying, and for protecting structures from premature corrosion.

The polypropylene packaging plant is a low-waste, environmentally responsible facility. The plant uses energy-efficient technologies and supports product reuse. A dedicated laboratory monitors product quality and the environmental safety of production.
Investments in the project amounted to RUB 204 million. The funds were used to acquire the main Russian-made production lines, as well as equipment from India and Taiwan.
The plant plans to expand its product range and acquire additional auxiliary equipment.
