The accredited laboratories of the Quality Control Centre (QCC) perform physicochemical testing across a wide range of product categories, including feed, compound feed and feed raw materials; grain and oilseeds; vegetable oils; milk; flour and cereal products; sugar beet quality indicators; mineral fertilisers; plant protection products; fuels and lubricants.
In 2024, a microbiological laboratory equipped with modern laboratory instruments was established. The microbiology laboratory tests incoming raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and sanitary conditions in production areas. Testing is carried out both for Progress Agro companies and external clients.
- The QCC laboratory meets the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.”
- During the harvest season, QCC specialists conduct on-site rapid analyses to reduce decision-making time. The total number of QCC employees exceeds 100.
- Since 2023, as part of the QCC Academy project, Progress Agro Group specialists receive ongoing training on topics related to the food safety management system. From 2023 to 2024, more than 400 employees were trained on 14 different topics related to product quality.

The laboratory of LLC “Quality Control Centre” is accredited in the voluntary accreditation system. Accreditation enables other organisations to recognise the laboratory’s test results and confirms its technical and professional competence.
As of 2024, the laboratory’s accreditation scope covers 20 product groups and 360 tests (outside the accreditation scope, the laboratory conducts more than 40 tests), allowing for the examination of raw materials and finished products.
